Story began in 2010. For a while after 2015, Dastan stepped away from the scene. Today, it returns renewed, reshaped, and reimagined with a spirit that carries the soul of the past and the vision of the future.

Once known simply as a café, Dastan has evolved into a café, a roastery, and a dedicated producer of specialty coffee. It exists for those who have been searching for it all along, for those who remember it, and for those who will discover it for the first time drawn in by its renewed quality, identity, and warmth.
